North Delta

Surrey
Mainly a suburban city, Surrey is the province's largest by population after Vancouver. The community located in the southern part of Surrey, South Surrey, is known for its beautiful scenery and stunning scenery with great weather and a diverse community. With great access to amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment, South Surrey is considered a great place to raise a family.
South Surrey is rich in history and home to many unique neighbourhoods like Grandview Heights and Crescent Beach.
White Rock
If you're looking for waterfront living than White Rock is for you! There are plenty of park trails for residents and visitors to explore, many of which are beach level. The weather is great too, with half the amount of rainfall experienced in Vancouver, giving you more sunny days to relax at the beach. White Rock is the epitome of coastal living.
There's a great sense of community here, with friendly residents who are dedicated to keeping the area clean and safe. Despite being such a small, close knit community, there is a fantastic arts, culture, and foodie scene to be explored and enjoyed at leisure.
